Ingredients
2 – 4″ rounds of brie cheese
1 sprig of fresh rosemary, roughly chopped
3 tablespoons Pinot Blanc
1 clove garlic, finely chopped
Baguette, crackers, crostini, and sliced apples and pears for dipping
How To Make
1
Preheat oven to 375F (190C).
2
Place both brie rounds on a parchment-lined baking tray. Stab your fork into the top of the brie in several places.
3
Sprinkle rosemary, garlic and lemon zest evenly over both rounds. Drizzle the wine over the brie gently and give it time to soak into the cheese a little.
4
Place both rounds into your hot oven for 15 minutes or until the cheese is warm and melted.
5
Serve with warm bread, crackers and fresh sliced apples and pears.
