The Red Wine Gift Set

Enjoy one bottle each of our most popular red blends, The Syndicate and Secret Society Red

The Syndicate 2019: Our flagship red wine. Powerful and muscular, with aromas of sweet cherry, vanilla, cedar box and graphite. The palate opens up with ripe blackberry, black cherry, sweet cassis and a nice wave of vanilla. The mid palate brings tobacco, black tea, dark chocolate, flinty minerality and loads of complexity. The finish is long and spicy. A blend of 41% Merlot, 31% Cabernet Franc, 20% Petit Verdot and 8% Cabernet Sauvignon. Aged 21 months in 35% new French oak.

Secret Society Red 2019: Our mysterious blend of 5 varietals. Fresh and approachable, with aromas of dark fruits, dark chocolate and cedar. The palate opens up with dark cherry and blackberry followed by notes of tobacco and dark cocoa on the mid palate. The finish is long with round and velvety tannins. Aged 15 months in 20% new French oak.

The White Wine Gift Set

Enjoy one bottle each of our exclusive and rare Unsanctioned Series white wines, Pinot Blanc and Sauvignon Blanc.

Pinot Blanc 2020: A beautifully unique Pinot Blanc! Made with grapes grown on our Conviction Ridge estate vineyard in Kaleden, BC, this wine is fermented and aged in neutral French oak barrels. Aromas of freshly baked pie crust, peaches and lemon are followed on the palate by flavours of peach, Meyer lemon and floral notes. Amazing texture and body. Only 65 cases produced.

Sauvignon Blanc 2020: Beautiful aromas of white peach, pink grapefruit and lime are found on the nose. This Sauvignon Blanc was aged 3 months in 500L French oak puncheons, and expresses flavours of lime, peach, grapefruit and pineapple on the palate. Only 65 cases produced.
