Shipping Details

• Secret Society wine club members receive free shipping or a shipping credit on orders of 6 bottles or more (varies by club).
• We ship with ATS Healthcare, with temperature-controlled delivery. We use Canada Post for rural and remote addresses, but please note that Canada Post does not offer temperature-controlled service so shipping might be delayed during extreme weather events.
• Orders usually ship out within 48 hours. Shipments to BC take 2 days, Alberta 2-3 days, Manitoba and Saskatchewan 3-4 days, and a little bit longer the further east you go. Please note that shipments may be delayed in instances of extreme weather conditions, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
• Please be advised that shipping costs have escalated significantly recently. We are trying to absorb as much of this as possible, but some of our rates have gone up.
