Shipping Details
- Our Secret Society and Black Box wine club members receive a shipping credit on orders of 6 bottles or more (varies by club).
- We ship with ATS Healthcare, with temperature-controlled delivery. We use Canada Post for rural and remote addresses, but please note that Canada Post does not offer temperature-controlled service so shipping might be delayed during extreme weather events.
- Orders usually ship out within 48 hours. Shipments to BC take 2 days, Alberta 2-3 days, Manitoba and Saskatchewan 3-4 days, and a little bit longer the further east you go. Please note that shipments may be delayed in instances of extreme weather conditions, but we’ll let you know if that’s the case.
- Please be advised that shipping costs have escalated significantly recently. We are trying to absorb as much of this as possible, but some of our rates have gone up. Unlike many other consumer goods, wine is heavy, requires proof of age upon delivery, and is subject to special handling to ensure it arrives safely.

We are committed to ensuring you are satisfied with your purchase. We take great care in crafting our premium wines, and are equally committed to providing great customer service.
